Payment must be made upfront.

Refunds may be issued upon request if the commissioned work has not been completed. A full refund will be granted if no work has been started. Partial refunds may be issued if work is already in progress, evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

You are entitled to 5 rounds of minor revisions at no additional cost. Major revisions may incur additional fees.

I reserve the right to cancel & refund your commission for any reason.

Please credit "Nekotiating" as the artist for commissioned work.

You are permitted to use the finished work for any non-commercial purpose, including but not limited to: icons, banners and stickers. Commercial usage of commissions will incur a 50% fee.

You are not permitted to use my work for the purpose of training artificial intelligence models, Non-Fungible Tokens(NFTs) or any other cryptocurrency adjacent project.

If you need your commission to remain private (e.g., not posted to my portfolio or social media), please let me know before work begins. I do not charge a privacy fee.

Estimated turnaround times will be communicated before the start of the commission, with delays being conveyed if they arise.

If you wish to have work completed as soon as possible a rush fee of 50% will be incurred.

Finished work will be delivered digitally via email in .PNG format. I do not provide access to .CSP or .PSD files.

I do not create work that depicts or promotes bigotry, including but not limited to racism, ableism, transphobia, homophobia, xenophobia, alt-right rhetoric, etc.

I have the right to refuse service to anyone.

I do not draw in styles other than my own. I will not attempt to mimic another artist's style, including large franchise styles.
